What a day for Year 3!

We have had such an incredible day at the Discovery Museum. This morning we explored the history of Newcastle and walked through the different decades and time periods! We started in modern day Newcastle and ended in Roman Newcastle! Then we were very fortunate to have met Allan, who was a war veteran and  works at the museum 2 days a week, he offered to talk to the children about the war and the different ranks in the army. After lunch we explored the science maze and had loads of fun exploring different forces, lights and so much more!

We had a fantastic day - I'm sure Year 3 can't wait to share all the different stories from today!
