Year 2 have started their computing lessons exploring online safety. We looked at keeping safe online and how different scenarios would make us feel  

Year 4 have started their new art topic, sculpture. We have researched the artist Barbara Hepworth and analysed some of her work. We had a go at making our own fish sculptures out of bars of soap! Excellent sculpting, Year 4!  

Our Nursery children visit the school library each Wednesday. They listen to a story, then explore the books and choose one to take home and share with their grown-ups. Reading is such an important part of our daily timetable and we love sharing stories together  

Some children from years 1,2 and 3 really enjoyed their first running club this week. We started couch to 5k and managed to run/walk almost 1.5 miles around the track. Well done to all of the children for starting their running journey. I can’t wait for next week for more running fun...
