This week in Reception we have been busy learning our new sounds in phonics and have started to look at how letters work together to make words. 

Fred brought us some labels to help is woth tidying our classroom and he showed us how he reads the words. Lots of us are starting to show an interest in letters that we can see around the classroom too. 

We met Monty the Maths bear who came to show us his counting and we helped him to get it right. 

We started our week with a Music session and had great fun learning how to keep the beat. 

We finished the week with Mr Rodger - he took us to the hall for PE and to the library. We had fun in our classroom with some drawing tutorials and had a go at making some triangle pictures.
